This site was developed by a group of dedicated individuals that utilise on-line auctions in Australia for buying and selling. Some of the participants of this site, have been ripped of by either a seller or buyer. In some cases, these rip-offs include, fake name brand items, overpriced postage, postal insurance fraud, shill bidders, cheap items proclaimed to be quality, copyright infringements, failure to refund for faulty items, listing non-existent items with the intention to steal your money and so forth. Our goal is to provoke positive change in on-line auction sites, while assisting others in their consumer rights and to expose those that choose to rip off others.

You can also participate in discussions and report your on-line auction concerns where you believe the on-line auction site has failed to address your concerns or reports made.

You will find actual contact details for some of the people that have failed to perform as sellers, and also those that have deliberately set out to rip off others.

Some of the members of this site include current or retired professionals in their fields as well as just average Australians who seek that their voices and consumer rights be recognised. Of those professional fields, those members work as individuals and not in their gazetted career roles
As a concerted group, working together, this site even in it's infancy, has provoked positive action by on-line auction hosts in respect of the problems reported. There are a notable number of members of this site that find themselves frustrated as individuals who have reported the illegal, immoral or otherwise unscrupulous activities of some persons to the Australian on-line auction sites, only to receive no more than automated or no replies and no subsequent action by the on-line auction provider.

The purpose of this site is NOT to victimise, defame, slander or belittle any person, business or on-line auction site, but rather to report illegal activity, assist victims of on-line auction liabilities, illegal trading and fraud, to investigate allegations of impropriety and report to the relevant authorities accordingly.

It is the ultimate purpose of this site to provoke on-line auction providers to take notice and bring about positive change and improvement.
